We are seeking a dedicated and passionate LAC Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a LAC Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tuition to pupils in a 1:1 setting, focusing on improving their subject knowledge and academic skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to pupils, adapting to their individual needs and abilities.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality sessions, utilizing your expertise in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, demonstrating empathy and understanding to support their academic and personal growth.
- Report sessions and update student data on our online platform, LEAP.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in education, ensuring your teaching is informed and effective.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in teaching or education.
- Strong subject knowledge and expertise in core subjects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including pupils' homes and local communities.
- A competitive hourly rate of £20-£25.
