We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to young people with complex needs, enabling them to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.
About the Role:- Provide bespoke care and support to young people with complex needs, including those with genetic conditions affecting sensory, airways, and feeding.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the development of our comprehensive benefits package, which includes market-leading rates of pay, travel and mileage expenses, and a variety of shifts available.
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in the last 2 years in pediatric nursing, with a focus on complex care.
- Passionate, resilient, and highly skilled, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Market-leading rates of pay, including holiday pay.
- Travel and mileage expenses in some instances.
- A variety of shifts available to make your pediatric nursing job work for you.
