Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Civil Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sub-contractor packages, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and preparing tenders and cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate and appoint sub-contractors for projects
- Manage sub-contractor packages from appointment through to final account
- Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to manage costs, profitability, and project value
- Prepare tenders, cost estimates, and quotations within deadlines
- Visit project sites to assess work quality and cost management
- Third-level degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline
- At least 1 year of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Civil Engineering sector (water infrastructure experience is desirable)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to plan, organise, and meet deadlines
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office
- Full clean driving licence
