Job Description

Anderson Knight is seeking a highly skilled People Support Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of HR Administrators and oversee the operations and ongoing enhancement of the People Business Services Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of three HR Administrators, ensuring a balanced workload distribution, adequate capacity, and maintaining high standards of excellence in their daily tasks.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work alongside colleagues within various teams and departments to ensure smooth execution of processes and projects, while offering support and assistance when needed.
  • Process Review and Improvement: Regularly review processes to ensure they are still working and are in line with current legislation.
  • HR Project Implementation: Support the implementation and development of HR Projects, including HR systems.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for HR Operations, collaborating with peers across the People function and stakeholders across the business to design and deliver effective, tailored People Services that meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • HR Operations Experience: Excellent experience of HR Operations/HRSS and processes.
  • Certification: Must have a minimum of CIPD Level 5.
  • Analytical Skills: Skilled in analysing and interpreting HR data.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. Experience with MS Project and Visio is highly advantageous.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Proven problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying and implementing innovative solutions. Strong stakeholder management skills, with effective communication across all levels.
