The salary for this role is estimated at £27,232 per annum, dependent on qualification and experience. This competitive salary reflects the importance we place on our staff's contributions to our nursery's success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging activities tailored to each child's needs to encourage development towards key milestones.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers.
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, as well as safeguarding.

Requirements:
  • Full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
  • Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or similar).
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.
