Salary: £27,245 per annum, Scale Point 7, Outer London Support Band 5

Job Summary

The Graduate Teaching Assistant will work closely with the SENCO to shape our inclusion department and develop exceptional pupil support provision. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, with good A Levels or equivalent, and a good degree. They will also have the commitment, skills, and character required to work successfully with young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom
  • Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
  • Developing and implementing pupil support provision
  • Working closely with the SENCO to shape the inclusion department

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background with good A Levels or equivalent
  • Good degree
  • Commitment, skills, and character required to work successfully with young people
  • Share the Ark Pioneer vision and be aligned with the six pillars underpinning it
