Outside The Box Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales Associate with over 1 year of experience selling high premium womenswear and denim to join their team in Selfridges.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Confidently driving sales through seamless customer service and excellent client relationship building skills
- Styling and cross-selling products to meet personal and store sales goals
- Delivering knowledge on clientelling and CRM functions
- Maintaining the presentation of the shop floor and assisting with deliveries, replenishment, and visual merchandising

As a Sales Associate, you will be part of a team of 4 Sales Associates across men's and womenswear with Selfridges, reporting to the Retail Co-Ordinator and Management Team.
