Job Description



In this role as a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital part in helping teachers plan and deliver engaging lessons. You will also provide support to individual students or small groups based on their unique learning needs. Your goal will be to foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement. Additionally, you will assist in implementing effective behavior management strategies and collaborate with teachers and other school staff to enhance the overall learning environment.



Responsibilities:




  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Provide support to individual students or small groups based on their learning needs
  • Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement
  • Support the implementation of behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to enhance the overall learning environment
