Conveyancing Solicitor Opportunity

A well-established law firm in Kent is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company, Ashville Knight, and contribute to the growth of their expanding team.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload consisting of a mix of residential property matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and New Build developments. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Drafting and approving various legal documentation
  • Effectively maintaining the firm's case management system
  • Ensuring all post-completion formalities are dealt with
  • Conducting legal research where appropriate
  • Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice
  • Attending to clients of the firm on a regular basis

Desired skills include:

  • Residential Conveyancing fee-earning experience essential, 3 years PQE + (no upwards limit)
  • Proven track record of meeting targets
  • Solid legal knowledge within the conveyancing process

The firm offers a competitive salary, pension scheme, and good holiday entitlement. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday.
