At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to oversee our finance team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits and tax compliance.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
