Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Enable Works. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with physical, mental, or developmental conditions to regain or enhance their ability to achieve well-paid, sustainable employment aligned to their vocational goals.

About You

  • Batchelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience of working with participants with complex Bio-Psychosocial conditions.
  • Experience of working with people in a social work, community, primary care, or hospital context.
  • A working understanding of vocational rehabilitation.
  • Knowledge of practical and forward-thinking recommendations that explore adjustments and support for individuals with health conditions and disabilities looking to enter and/or return to the workplace.
  • Excellent communication and motivating skills.
  • Computer literacy, including excellent keyboard skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills for interactions with participants and service providers.
  • Proven and well-developed interpersonal skills in working with individuals on a one-to-one and group setting.
  • The drive, energy, and commitment to support people to obtain high-quality, well-paid jobs.
  • Comfortable working towards targets.
  • A natural, professional relationship builder.
  • A full driving license.
