About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery of a wide range of engagement activities, including conferences, focus groups, surveys, and roundtables.
  • Work with internal colleagues to ensure the business is actively responding to stakeholder insight and intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain digital spaces to share information and support stakeholder learning.
  • Provide professional advice to colleagues on engagement approaches for key projects.
Requirements
  • Established stakeholder management expertise, including stakeholder mapping, audience segmentation, and positive relationship building.
  • Demonstrable experience developing and delivering stakeholder engagement opportunities in large-scale complex industries.
  • Excellent programme management and tactical engagement planning skills.
  • Digital expertise and creative approaches to digital content development.
  • A minimum GCSE or equivalent in English Language and Maths.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary between £30,000 - £40,000.
  • Great benefits, including enrolment into our pension scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, agile working, and a 10% Performance Related Annual Bonus.
