About the Role:

We are seeking kind and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in Northamptonshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting clients with medication, meal preparation, and light household duties
  • Promoting independence and encouraging clients to participate in activities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements:

  • No experience required; we provide comprehensive training
  • Flexible availability, including commitment to work alternate weekends
  • Able to drive and have a valid license
