We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Children's Home Manager to lead the setup of a new provision in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own team, develop a children's home from the ground up, and make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the setup and operation of the children's home
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing services and processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including local authorities and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
