Job Opportunity: HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our client's Head Office and Warehousing functions across their Mansfield-based office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in change management, organizational development, and talent management. You will be responsible for delivering large-scale, complex organizational change projects, as well as supporting the day-to-day HR Business Partner activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an additional HR Business Partner support across Head Office and Warehousing functions
  • Deliver large-scale, complex organizational change projects
  • Support the BAU HR Business Partner activity
  • Work with senior and executive stakeholders to deliver projects and manage the day-to-day
  • Collaborate with a centre of excellence to deliver change processes and support on day-to-day HR Business Partner activity
