We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team in a restaurant kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in the development of new menu items.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Follow proper food handling procedures and comply with food safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of culinary technique and practices.
- Understanding of kitchen sanitation principles.
- Food and Hygiene Certification Level 2.
- Immediate starts.
