About the Role:

  • We are looking for a High-Frequency Trading Specialist with a proven track record of live trading for at least the last 2 years, producing a minimum of $5mn in PnL per year, with a Sharpe ratio north of 2.
  • The successful candidate will have access to global markets and will trade across all major asset classes.
  • The group offers a competitive formulaic pay structure and more independence, with the ability to work remotely, start their own fund/office, or join one of the firm's existing office locations.
  • The trading capital, working capital, and competitive infrastructure with access to a full back office team will be provided.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of live trading experience with a proven track record.
  • Ability to produce a minimum of $5mn in PnL per year with a Sharpe ratio north of 2.
  • Experience trading across all major asset classes.

What We Offer:

  • 20-45% of PnL.
  • Up to $500mn of trading capital.
