Job Title: Conveyancing Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Administrator to join our team at Edwards & Pearce Limited in Leeds. As a Conveyancing Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing documents and performing audio typing duties. You will also handle reception tasks, photocopy client documents, and apply for land registry documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare documents and perform audio typing duties.
  • Handle reception tasks, photocopy client documents, and apply for land registry documents.
  • Conduct various property searches and complete online tax returns.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of £32,500 - £42,500 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 2+ years of conveyancing or property experience.
  • Organizational and methodical skills.
