About the Role

This is a key position within Peregrine, responsible for ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical specifications. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Elicitation: Gather and document user requirements through interviews, workshops, and other techniques.
  • Analysis and Prioritization: Analyze gathered requirements, identify potential conflicts, and prioritize features based on importance and feasibility.
  • Technical Specifications: Translate business goals into actionable instructions for developers.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate workshops and ensure all parties (business and technical) are aligned.
  • Change Management: Adapt requirements documents as project needs evolve.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with developers and testers to ensure the final product meets user needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in IT requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in writing clear and concise user stories, use cases, and other technical documentation.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Technical Training: Technical training in areas such as BCS Diploma, Lean six sigma, and Agile.
