Regulated Production Scientist

We're seeking an exceptional candidate for a Senior Production Scientist position at Biofidelity. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing processes for molecular diagnostic assays. Your expertise will drive innovation and quality, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams in product development, validation, and manufacturing activities. You'll also oversee process optimization, quality control, and regulatory compliance, ensuring seamless execution of projects and adherence to industry standards.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in molecular biology, biochemistry, or biotechnology, with minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated environment. Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation, validation, and maintenance is essential. Familiarity with ISO 13485, EU IVDR, and FDA regulations is also preferred.
A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package, awaits the chosen candidate. This includes private medical & dental care, bonus, share option scheme, pension, income protection, life insurance, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan, 26 days per year holiday allowance, and free physical training sessions.
