Premises and Services Coordinator

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities and Maintenance Lead to join our Operations team at ARK King Solomon Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating premises-related functions, including buildings and grounds maintenance, security, cleaning, health and safety, letting of our facilities, and contractors.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or a related field
- Proven track record of effective facilities management and coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid DBS check
