About the Position

We are looking for a Vulnerability Assessment Lead to join our team at NCC Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering client security programs.

  • Your main responsibility will be setting up security programs with clients based on their requirements.
  • You will also be responsible for running network and application vulnerability scans using various tools and utilities.
  • Maintaining a good understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems is essential for this role.
  • Writing and delivering client reports is an important aspect of this position.
  • Providing support and answering queries from clients is also a key responsibility.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Good understanding and exposure to network and web application security is necessary.
  • Certifications like CPSA, CRT, and IASME Vulnerability assessment Plus are highly desirable.
  • Understanding of web services architecture and commonly employed technologies is essential.
  • Exposure to software development and understanding of secure code development is also required.
  • The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • UK Security Check (SC) clearance is desirable but not essential.
