Join Our Team as an Apprentice Junior IT Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and technical-minded individual to join our team as an Apprentice Junior IT Service Desk Analyst. As an Apprentice Junior IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first-line support for internal IT issues and queries, troubleshooting problems with laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, and supporting remote offices with network and IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line support for internal IT issues and queries
  • Troubleshoot problems with laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Support remote offices with network and IT equipment
  • Maintain, update, and create administration documentation
  • Use a helpdesk software to log calls with descriptions of issues, progress, and solutions
  • Manage incoming emails and calls to the IT team
  • Administer and support IT assets and equipment, including iPads and mobile phones
  • Support IT projects as required
