About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team at Honor Search Ltd. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for day-to-day website and marketing activities, as well as ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Management: Make optimizations to the website to improve conversions based on data and feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to fix website issues and troubleshoot problems with developers.
  • Administration: Administer affiliates, contribute to strategic plans to grow the affiliate team, and organize events.
  • Content Creation: Draft mailouts and support the organization and categorization of mailing lists and reporting on activities.
  • Content Planning: Ensure content plans are followed and are well-organized.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team to meet ambitious goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service via email and phone.
  • Office Administration: Order stationery and supplies, take meter readings, and perform ad-hoc services to support the office working efficiently.
  • Product Testing: Administer monthly tests of products and the facility.
  • Research and Development: Research into procurement of ingredients and develop relationships with partners.
  • Personal Assistant: Act as a Personal Assistant for the Founders and Managing Director, booking flights, arranging visas, booking appointments, and organizing diaries.
  • Team Support: Support the needs of the team and promote a harmonious environment.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in marketing or sales activities.
  • Be extremely well-organized and efficient.
  • Be able to juggle various activities and prioritize important jobs.
  • Be enthusiastic and energetic.
  • Understand the basics of health and have an interest in the microbiome.
