Care Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Companion to join our team at Home Instead Mid Cornwall.

• Provide high-quality, relationship-led care to older adults in their own homes.
• Support clients with their social and emotional needs, rather than just focusing on tasks.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and practical assistance with daily living activities.
• Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and our office team to ensure seamless care delivery.

• Caring, compassionate, and reliable individual with a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
• Driver with own transport, as regular travel between visits is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Paid travel allowance at £13 per hour.
• Minimum 1 hour visit times.
• Mileage 45p a mile over 10 miles a day.
