Insurance Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with new prospects, supporting account management/support team with potential upgrades, and moving into more formal sales process, RFI & RFP responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the UK Insurance market place
- Support the sales team with new prospects, including initial meetings, demos, and solution positioning
- Support the account management/support team with potential upgrades, including initial meetings, demos, and solution positioning
- Maintain a clear focus on high-quality service and self-driven approach to deliver successful results
- Collaborate with the product development team to help deliver the product roadmap
- A deep understanding of the UK Insurance market place
- Self-driven and focused on successful delivery of results
- A clear focus on high-quality service
- Credible and comfortable operating at C-level with customers and prospective customers
- Reliable, tolerant, and determined
- An empathic communicator, able to see things from another person's point of view, while articulating the benefits of our products
- A forward planner, capable of delivering polished presentations
- Understanding of industry drivers and how to translate them into IT initiatives, positioning our IT capabilities
- Familiarity with platform technologies such as SOA, BPM, Enterprise Portals, Rules Based Systems, EAI and Messaging, and Workflow
- Ability to work effectively within a larger team
- Participation/contribution into product/programme management
- Ability to develop strong relationships
- Ability to develop collateral presentations, proposals, etc.
- Ability to report effectively to sales/other stakeholders
