Job Overview: A great opportunity for a skilled Pre-Sales Consultant with experience in Insurance Software to join a leading client in the London Market.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with new prospects, supporting account management/support team with potential upgrades, and moving into more formal sales process, RFI & RFP responses.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the UK Insurance market place
  2. Support the sales team with new prospects, including initial meetings, demos, and solution positioning
  3. Support the account management/support team with potential upgrades, including initial meetings, demos, and solution positioning
  4. Maintain a clear focus on high-quality service and self-driven approach to deliver successful results
  5. Collaborate with the product development team to help deliver the product roadmap
Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of the UK Insurance market place
  • Self-driven and focused on successful delivery of results
  • A clear focus on high-quality service
  • Credible and comfortable operating at C-level with customers and prospective customers
  • Reliable, tolerant, and determined
  • An empathic communicator, able to see things from another person's point of view, while articulating the benefits of our products
  • A forward planner, capable of delivering polished presentations
Desirable Skills:
  • Understanding of industry drivers and how to translate them into IT initiatives, positioning our IT capabilities
  • Familiarity with platform technologies such as SOA, BPM, Enterprise Portals, Rules Based Systems, EAI and Messaging, and Workflow
  • Ability to work effectively within a larger team
  • Participation/contribution into product/programme management
  • Ability to develop strong relationships
  • Ability to develop collateral presentations, proposals, etc.
  • Ability to report effectively to sales/other stakeholders
Salary:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum
