Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and support your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
- Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed and grow with the company.
- Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure efficient store operations.
