Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of experienced caregivers and support staff in delivering high-quality care services* Develop and implement strategies to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction* Manage staff retention and recruitment, focusing on attracting and retaining talent who share our values* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a positive work culture and foster open communication*

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior management role within a nursing home setting, combined with a strong track record of improving operational efficiency and driving business growth. A degree in healthcare or a related field, combined with a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications, is highly desirable. Additionally, we require excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to create a compassionate environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary Range:

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to range from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, based on your expertise and qualifications.
