Railway Station Platform and Bridge Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Agent to join our team at AmcoGiffen, a leading provider of rail and civil engineering services. As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our railway station platform and bridge projects in Central Scotland.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that all contracts are executed in accordance with applicable legislation, contract terms and conditions, and health and safety plans.
- Deliver projects within programme and budget, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and environmental standards.
- Liaise with site staff and managing surveyors to ensure that tender allowances are not exceeded.
- Monitor contract progress and ensure that contract objectives are being met.
- Identify, agree, and effectively manage changes to contracts in conjunction with the site team.
- Provide formal reports on contract progress to the Contracts Manager.
- Previous experience as a Site Agent in a rail and civil engineering environment.
- SMSTS certification.
- Degree or HNC/HND in civil engineering (or equivalent compensating experience in a technical engineering role).
- Experience as a Site Agent or minimum Sub Agent level in a rail/civil engineering contracting environment.
- Experience in a similar role working on multi-disciplinary rail/civils infrastructure projects.
- Competitive annual salary negotiable dependant on experience.
