Joiner / CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Joiner / CNC Operator to join our team at SPS Timber Windows Mitcham.

About the Role:

  • Assist in all aspects of manufacturing and assembling timber windows, including traditional box sash windows, casement windows, and French doors.
  • Operate CNC machines and other woodworking equipment to produce high-quality windows.
  • Work closely with the workshop manager to plan and organize production schedules, including supervising other team members.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth on-site installation.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in joinery workshops, including using tenoning machines, spindle moulders, and planning machines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Ability to program and operate CNC machines and/or window line machines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques.
