Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Community Academies Trust. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.


About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our South Warwickshire schools to ensure effective financial management and compliance. They will also assist the Business Support Manager in welcoming new schools into the Trust and inducting them into our financial processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our schools to ensure effective financial management.
  • Provide financial management information to the CFO and Trust Executive Group.
  • Assist with the preparation of accounts for audit and may be involved in procurement projects.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial management and compliance.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel to various schools across the Midlands area.
  • High expectations and understanding of financial compliance.
