About This Role


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Ballymore.



Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain all areas of the residential building to the highest standard, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Ensure staff uniforms are worn and standards of appearance are maintained at all times.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, displaying necessary signs and following procedures for chemicals and equipment.
  • Maintain designated areas to a high standard, using methods described in the SOP.
  • Clean flat and vertical surfaces as per schedule and specification.
  • Report any damage or defects to the Assistant Operations Manager immediately.
  • Maintain equipment in good working order, reporting faults to the manager.
  • Address residents, visitors, and staff in accordance with company standards at all times.
  • Attend on-the-job staff customer care and in-house training courses regularly.
  • Report maintenance issues, including light bulbs and trip hazards, to the manager.


Requirements

Previous experience working as a cleaner in a commercial environment is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on location and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.
