Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Lymphoedema service as a Band Clerical Technician. The successful candidate will have experience in administration and working with patients with chronic conditions, with competencies in stock ordering and control.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team, be self-motivated, and possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. The role will involve learning basic skills in lymphoedema management and undertaking a clerical/administrative role.
The successful candidate will be required to work at Colwyn Bay Community Hospital and travel within the BCU area. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential.
Main Duties
• Undertake specific skilled work to assist specialists in the treatment of patients with Lymphoedema
• Administer new patients and provide timely appointments according to diagnosis and communicate accordingly
• Maintain accurate records and reports
