About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to play a key role in shaping the compliance landscape across a broad remit. As a Compliance Officer, you will be a vital part of a small but dedicated compliance team, directly contributing to ensuring our business adheres to all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compliance reviews and assess the impact of regulatory changes across the Group.
  • Monitor the regulatory environment and help shape the compliance strategy.
  • Provide training to various departments to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Lead compliance initiatives and provide guidance across various departments.
  • Mentor junior members of the team.

Requirements:

  • A solid background in compliance within the Financial Services sector.
  • Experience across the full spectrum of compliance, from financial promotions to anti-money laundering and know-your-customer processes.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor within a compliance function.
  • Relevant compliance qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
