Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Podiatrist to join our team at City Health Care Partnership CIC. As a respected healthcare provider, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working as a Band 6 level Podiatrist, providing treatment to high-risk patients, including diabetic and non-diabetic foot ulcers. You will also be responsible for complex home visits and MSK podiatry intervention.

Person SpecificationEssential Qualifications
  • Degree in Podiatry
  • Postgraduate qualification in relevant specialist area or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Current HCPC professional registration
Knowledge and Skills
  • Full understanding of relevant policy, legislation, and guidance
  • Application of clinical practice standards and audit within the clinical area
  • Specialist understanding of clinical practice, standards, and protocols
  • Evidence of undertaking audits and surveys
  • Basic IT skills
Experience
  • Significant demonstrable experience of working as a Podiatrist
  • Evidence of sound post-registration professional practice
  • Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)
  • Experience of multi-agency/professional working
  • Case load management within specialist service area
  • Promoting active patient/relative involvement/participation
