We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Deliveries Manager to join our company, L'Apartement Ltd. Our company has been established for over 13 years, specializing in sales and deliveries across Europe, the Middle East, and the USA.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating deliveries to and from various locations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Planning and managing costs effectively, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of international sales deliveries, including customs and export paperwork.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in wholesale administration, with a focus on deliveries, operations, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence.
  • Highly technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create complex reports and presentations.
  • London-based, with the ability to work from our showroom 5 days a week.
  • Competitive salary with a yearly review, plus commission payable twice yearly based on the success of operations and deliveries.
