About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our mobile team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of services, including residential and community settings, providing support to young people between the ages of 5 and 25.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent care and support to young people in residential and community settings.
  • Work collaboratively with a range of professionals, including social workers, therapists, and other support staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
