Site Manager - Fuel Retail Forecourts Specialist Company Overview Premises Recruitment Ltd is proud to partner with a reputable Principal Contractor that is a leading Company in the fuel forecourt industry. This company specialises in fuel retail forecourt remediation, refurbishment, redevelopment and maintenance, and has gained an excellent reputation for delivering solutions for complex projects for major clients including BP Oil, Asda, MSA EXTRA and Motor Fuel Group. Job Summary We are seeking a Site Manager to join their team working on projects across the Country. Current projects are based within the A1M Corridor & Peterborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the site team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities * Lead the site team to ensure the successful delivery of projects * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Manage site resources and personnel * Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery Requirements * Proven experience in fuel retail forecourt remediation, refurbishment, redevelopment and maintenance * Strong leadership and management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer * Competitive salary up to £65k + package, depending upon previous experience * Opportunity to work with a reputable Principal Contractor * Chance to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic industry How to Apply If you are a motivated and experienced Site Manager looking for a new challenge, please apply with your CV and a cover letter.
