We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at OCS Recruitment Ltd. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in assisting the Commercial Manager with various tasks, including takeoff and scheduling from construction drawings, assistance with valuations, and contract administration.

• Take off and schedule from construction drawings
• Assistance with preparation of valuations
• Valuing site instructions and dayworks
• Contract administration
• Progressing to running your own smaller jobs

Our client is a well-established company with a strong presence in the RC Frame and Groundworks sector. They have a current turnover of circa £10m and work on schemes ranging from £2m to £5m. They are growing rapidly and are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
