About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Catering Assistant to join our team at CATS Global Schools. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering department, providing excellent customer service to our students and staff, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist chefs with food preparation and presentation
  • Clean and maintain the canteen and kitchen to a high standard
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to students and staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the catering team to achieve departmental goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High standards of hygiene and safety
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
