Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at an NHS hospital in Cheshire.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services across various wards, including checking prescriptions for errors, ensuring they are appropriate and safe for individual patients, and providing advice on medication dosage and form. The role will also involve participating in ward rounds, liaising with medical staff, and discussing treatments with patients' relatives and community pharmacists.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a wards based environment and a strong understanding of clinical pharmacy principles. The role is available on a part-time basis, with 3/4/5 days per week available.
