We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Adult Nurse Manager to join our team in the Hounslow / Twickenham area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RGN to further their career and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality care services.

About the Role:
This position involves working closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care plans and provide ongoing support. As an Adult Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting assessments, and developing tailored care strategies to meet individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement comprehensive care plans that cater to each client's unique requirements
* Effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
* Provide continuous monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and emotional well-being
* Deliver nursing interventions, including medication management, as needed
* Foster strong relationships with clients' families and maintain effective communication channels

Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN
* Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising healthcare assistants (HCAs)
* Strong understanding of tracheostomy care and ventilator management within the last 2 years
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams

Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
