About the Role
Cook delicious, healthy and nutritious meals for people in a care home at Exemplar Health Care. As an Executive Chef, you will ensure everyone has a positive dining experience, increasing nutritional intake, promoting social interaction and building a sense of community.

You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving food that meets the needs of our residents. You must understand people's likes and choices to develop suitable menus and interact with them to get feedback on meals. Additionally, you will comply with food hygiene standards, complete relevant checks and maintain records.

Above all, you're someone who identifies with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork. You are also a creative cook with a flair for creating delicious and nutritious meals for varied dietary requirements, an excellent team player, adaptable and flexible, and someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
