Key Responsibilities: As a workshop instructor, the primary duties include delivering workshops on basic mechanics to small groups of students, utilizing expertise in single-seater race cars and teaching qualifications to create engaging learning experiences. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum content and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in the workshop environment.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess hands-on workshop experience within the motorsport industry, specifically in a workshop setting. A teaching qualification is also essential, as well as a strong passion for sharing knowledge and skills with others.
