Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Apex Resource Management Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our advanced systems, including BMS, mechanical, HVAC, pneumatics, fire suppression, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on advanced systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and conduct first-line repairs of specialized F1 equipment, including Gearbox and Clutch Dyno, Rolling Road, Autoclaves, CNC machines, lathes, and routers.
- Respond quickly to maintenance emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime for high-performance operations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment inventories, ensuring compliance with Formula 1 industry standards.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment, working alongside internal teams to implement permanent corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure the reliability and safety of all systems.
- Manage and monitor spare parts inventories, TPM and PPM systems, and work within service budgets.
- Provide cover on a day shift basis with occasional support during race weekends as required.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with experience in maintaining high-performance motorsport equipment.
- Strong analytical skills and a highly organized approach to maintenance planning and execution.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and apply this knowledge in real-time problem-solving scenarios.
- Proven track record of working in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments, such as motorsport or manufacturing.
- Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work independently or as part of a high-functioning team, with a proactive and professional attitude.
