Job Description

Omega Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven professional to work on the development and refinement of manufacturing processes for oilfield related pressure retaining equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, problem-solving, data analysis, and quality management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying root causes of supply chain and manufacturing issues.
  • Developing and implementing corrective actions.
  • Improving manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Maintaining compliance with quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Collaborating with the QA/QC team to ensure process development and audits are completed effectively.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, experience with safety-critical products, and strong skills in CAD and PLM.

They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to overcome obstacles to change.
