Job Overview:

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at 2 Sisters Food Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance. We are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers and maintaining good governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage our compliance program.
  2. Draft, modify, and implement company policies.
  3. Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and staff on compliance-related matters.
  4. Co-ordinate and deliver communication and training programs to enhance understanding of policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the compliance program.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in either legal or compliance/governance roles within large organisations.
  • Experienced in creating and rolling out policy communication and training plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in legal or compliance/governance roles within large organisations, with a solid understanding of best practice corporate governance and relevant laws, including Data Protection.
