Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is excited to present a fantastic permanent Registered Veterinary Surgeon position with one of the UK's largest veterinary retailers based in Burgess Hill.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. As a post holder of this role, you will be working in a recently renovated practice equipped with all the mod-cons, including digital X-ray, ultrasonography, in-house laboratory facilities, and separate wards for dogs, cats, and isolation cases.
Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a fantastic group of 9 experienced vets, 9 qualified nurses, dedicated trainee nurses, and a welcoming front-of-house team
- Providing high-quality veterinary care to a variety of animals
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
- Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary best practices and medical regulations
Requirements:
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine from a recognised university
- Membership in the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
- Previous experience as a veterinary surgeon is highly desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of veterinary best practices and medical regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients and their pets
- Ability to handle a variety of animals safely and effectively
