We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our 6 months to 2 year old provision. As the manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our young pupils.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the nursery, promoting a positive and nurturing environment.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and curriculum to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment, adhering to all health, safety, and safeguarding guidelines.
  • Manage and supervise the nursery staff, ensuring they are supported, developed, and work effectively.
  • Liaise with parents, external agencies, and the wider school community to build positive relationships.
  • Monitor and evaluate the nursery's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Ensure the nursery's administrative duties are carried out efficiently.
Essential Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related field (minimum).
  • Significant experience in a similar nursery management role with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
  • Passion for early years' education and a commitment to providing the best possible outcomes for young children.

The salary for this position is approximately £27,000-£30,000 per annum, based on Grade F (Point 17-23). The exact salary will depend on experience and qualifications.
