A leading tech scale-up is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager/Delivery Manager to drive project success and innovation in the publishing industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and Agile methodologies, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver complex technical solutions.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring transparency and tracking progress against deliverables.
  • Liaise with technical teams to align on project goals and facilitate communication between business and technology stakeholders.
  • Analyse data and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager role, particularly within Agile environments.
  • Strong background in software engineering, programming, or development practices.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
